ByteDance has launched an AI voice assistant, Doubao, for smartphones, which can autonomously handle tasks like booking tickets, searching for information, and managing files. This assistant is set to debut on the M153 Nubia handset in limited quantities, with plans to license the technology to other Chinese smartphone manufacturers.
