The experiment highlights both the promise and the technical challenges of autonomous web agents. On the positive side, Agent can interact with live DOMs, read purchase history, and automate routine e‑commerce workflows, suggesting big productivity gains for shopping, booking, and research. But robustness gaps remain: modal dialogs, session and location state, and implicit personalization require explicit user guidance.
