ARCR: Prompt Architect has been launched as a free, local-first terminal designed for creating precise AI prompts following the Action → Role → Context → Response → Format protocol. This innovative tool is the third addition to the OWL family, complementing OWL (an AI agent) and knOOgle (a search tool). Users can manually select each step, with the context feature offering helpful hint chips for audience, constraint, and goal derived from user input. Moreover, ARCR runs fully in the browser, ensuring no tracking, server interactions, or account requirements. This tool is significant for the AI/ML community as it empowers users to generate tailored JSON outputs using a structured prompt approach, enhancing clarity and specificity in prompt engineering. ARCR supports a variety of outputs and requests from ten distinct JEV deterministic JSON formats, optimizing API routing and encouraging best practices in user-generated AI tasks.
