Show HN: IsCited – find out if AI assistants cite your website (iscited-enzovezzaros-projects.vercel.app)

IsCited has launched a free tool that allows website owners to determine if their sites are being cited by AI assistants like ChatGPT and Perplexity. This tool scans any domain in just ten seconds, evaluating critical components such as llms.txt, robots.txt, and sitemap to provide a visibility score ranging from 0 to 100. The platform not only identifies whether a site's content is being recognized by AI but also offers actionable insights for improvement, including a downloadable llms.txt file tailored for the site. This development is significant for the AI and machine learning community, as it highlights the growing importance of AI assistants as primary sources of information on the internet. Currently, only about 10% of websites utilize llms.txt files, leaving a vast majority at a disadvantage in the AI-driven landscape. IsCited's low-cost solutions, starting at $19 per month, represent a democratization of access to insights typically available through expensive enterprise tools. By enabling businesses to optimize their web presence for AI assistants, IsCited is empowering a broader range of stakeholders to harness the power of AI in attracting online traffic.
