Tools named include Box AI for document queries, Cursor for code prototyping, ChatGPT and Perplexity for research, and internal agents like IBM’s AskHR. The takeaways matter because these are high-leverage, real-world deployments that show both breadth and limits of current AI: IBM reports AI handling roughly 94% of HR tasks in AskHR, over 50 cross‑departmental use cases, and an expected $4.5 billion productivity impact by year-end. Yet execs also warn of hallucinatory or low-quality outputs that require human review—sometimes costing extra time—and emphasize thoughtful prompting and governance.
