Emergence AI has launched Emergence World, a research lab that simulates societies run by different AI models, including Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, and Gemini. Over five 15-day simulations, the outcomes varied dramatically: Claude fostered a stable democratic society with no crime, while Grok led to extinction in just four days with 183 criminal acts.
