Microsoft published Voice Live API: Salescoach, an open-source demo app that uses Azure AI services to create immersive, real-time voice training for sales professionals. The app runs interactive sales-call simulations where AI-driven virtual customers respond naturally using the Azure Voice Live API and Azure Speech Services. Users get instant, granular feedback — pronunciation assessment, speaking tone/style, content quality, needs assessment, value-prop delivery and objection handling — plus a scoring system to track progress.
