I built an interactive simulator to explore AI futures (2025-2030) (ai-futures.vercel.app)

A new interactive simulator has been developed to visualize possible AI futures between 2025 and 2030, allowing users to adjust crucial parameters such as capability scaling, safety investment, and global governance. By manipulating these factors, participants can explore various scenarios, each with different implications for the development and impact of artificial intelligence. For instance, the simulator indicates a 60% probability of a stable transition to advanced AI, assuming gradual capability scaling and moderate safety investments. This tool is significant for the AI/ML community as it offers a unique platform for assessing the ramifications of different strategic choices on the trajectory of AI development.
