Nvidia has announced a significant $1.5 billion investment to establish a mega-campus in Kiryat Tivon, Israel, which will be home to over 10,000 employees. This development marks a pivotal moment for the company, as it becomes the first major international tech firm to own land for its campus in Israel, a move that underscores Nvidia's deep commitment to the region. The complex, designed in a “spaceship” style similar to its headquarters in California, will span around 160,000 square meters, significantly surpassing the size of Nvidia’s existing facilities in the country. This decision solidifies Israel's role as Nvidia's second-largest development hub outside the U.S., driven by its rich pool of technological talent. Nvidia's new campus is expected to include various amenities such as parks, cafés, and shared workspaces, functioning much like a self-contained community, akin to campuses of tech giants like Google and Apple.
